Empanadas

Date & Time: September 15, 2011 5:30pm

Main Course: Beef and potato empanadas made with pie shells and baked.

Sides: Shredded cheddar; salsa from a jar and home canned; homemade jalepeno sauce

Beverage / Libation: Water

Desert: no dessert

Guests: Aunt Liz

Misc.: Dinner was served early so Carolyn could attend the BPC meeting (i.e. PTA)
