Date & Time: October 1, 2009 6:30pm
Main Course: Chicken. We had chicken and lots of vegetables. We grilled up three bell peppers of various colors, two ancho pepers big barely spicy pepers, one giant onion, and and bunch small of chicken breast. It rained on me while grilling. So the flour and corn tortillas were heated in the microwave not on the grill.
Sides: Sour cream; potatoes and chorizo sausage; Guacamole home made; homemade jalapeños hot sauce; chips; and authentic Mexican shredded cheese (the bag said Mexican shredded cheese).
Beverage / Libation: Wine of some sort...
Desert: None. I meant to make an apple pie since we went apple picking and have 70 pounds of apples laying around but I didn't have time...
Guests: Tom & Sue and Aunt Lizard.
Misc.: The kids got to bed a a relatively reasonable time so there must not have been much horse play after dinner...
